The Sweatshirts, Polo Shirts, PE tee-shirts and Fleece Jackets with logo, Baseball Caps, Beanie Hats, P.E. Bags and Reading Book Bags can be obtained from Andrew Hyde School uniform website.
Reception children P.E. kit can be any colour as this helps the children easily identify their clothing when getting changed.
All the children from Year 1 upwards need a black pair of shorts, a yellow Tee-shirt with logo and a pair of soft black plimsolls for indoor lessons and trainers, a tracksuit or warm jumper and trousers for outdoor games lessons.
All P.E. kit should be kept in a named drawstring bag, which can hang from your child’s peg. Please ensure that any bag you purchase is of a similar size to a drawstring bag due to lack of space in the cloakrooms.
As all the uniform looks the same it is important that all clothing, indoor and outdoor, and P.E. kit, is clearly named so that, if lost, it is easily identifiable and can quickly be returned to the owner. Unmarked lost property will be stored in the Lost Property Box for a few weeks. If it is not claimed it will eventually be disposed of.
If children have pierced ears they must wear studs to school. For safety reasons the children must not wear any other jewellery in school.
